Terms of use

Last updated: 12 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of workerdock.app (the “Site”), the WorkerDock Mac app and the WorkerDock email updates list. The Site is provided by Webtions OÜ, Sepapaja 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia (VAT EE102051737) (“we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. About WorkerDock

WorkerDock is a Mac app that is in early development. The Site describes the product, offers it as a download and lets you subscribe to email updates. Features, timing, pricing and availability described on the Site may change.

2. Not affiliated with Cloudflare

WorkerDock is an independent product made by Webtions OÜ. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Cloudflare, Inc. Cloudflare, Cloudflare Workers, Cloudflare Pages, Wrangler, D1, R2 and workerd are trademarks of Cloudflare, Inc. Apple, Mac and macOS are trademarks of Apple Inc. Astro, EmDash, Vite, Next.js, Nuxt and other names belong to their respective owners. We use these names only to describe what WorkerDock works with.

3. Email updates

Subscribing means you would like us to email you about WorkerDock, such as updates, news and tips. It does not guarantee any particular feature or release date. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email or writing to mail@workerdock.app. We handle your email address as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Using the Site

Please use the Site lawfully and fairly. Do not try to disrupt or overload it, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, submit other people's email addresses without their consent, or use automated means to submit the subscribe form.

5. Our content

The Site's text, design, graphics, screenshots and the WorkerDock name and logo belong to Webtions OÜ or its licensors. Screenshots show sample projects. You may share links to the Site and quote short excerpts with attribution. Please ask us before any other use. Icons are by Lucide and used under the ISC licence.

6. The software: licence

WorkerDock, the Mac app (the “Software”), is free to download and use. Webtions OÜ grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Software on Macs that you own or control, for any lawful purpose, including commercial work. You may not sell, sublicense or redistribute the Software, remove its notices, or reverse engineer it, except where the law gives you that right regardless of this clause. The Software and its name and logo remain the property of Webtions OÜ. Third-party components stay under their own licences.

7. What the Software does on your Mac

The Software scans the folders you choose, starts and stops local development servers (such as wrangler dev, framework dev scripts and the workerd processes they launch) using the commands in your project, and shows their output. It does not modify your project files. Stopping a project ends its processes, so unsaved work inside a running dev server or a local database in use may be lost. The Software does not deploy to Cloudflare or change your Cloudflare account. Your use of Cloudflare, Wrangler and other third-party tools is governed by their own terms.

8. No warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and the Software are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, accuracy, compatibility with your projects or tools, and freedom from errors or interruptions. We do not promise that the Software will be updated, supported, or kept compatible with future versions of macOS, Wrangler, Cloudflare services or any framework. We may change or discontinue the Software or the Site at any time.

9. Your responsibility

You are responsible for your own projects, data and systems. Keep backups and use version control. Check commands and projects before you run them, and do not use the Software as the only safeguard for anything important. You are responsible for any costs, usage or changes that occur in your Cloudflare account or other services as a result of how you use your own projects.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Webtions OÜ and its owners, employees and contractors are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or the Software, including loss of data, files, profit, revenue, business or goodwill, interruption of work, or indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, even if we were told such loss was possible. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for all claims is limited to the amount you paid for the Software, which for the free Software is zero (EUR 0).

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, under mandatory product liability rules, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Links to other sites

The Site may link to third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

12. Changes

We may update these terms and the Site from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Site or the Software after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Estonia, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.
